Mozzarella “Cheese” but VEGAN – Super Easy Tasty Recipe

Vegan Mozzarella “Cheese”

Cheese is one of the hardest things to give up when going vegan. I have tried most of the commercial vegan cheeses and while they taste pretty good usually, they are loaded with saturated fat. Not my thing. So…. I have worked on making various recipes for “Cheese” and this is one of my favorites. It’s a fairly good mozzarella replacement, and works really well in pizza, stromboli, and…PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS! (spoiler, this is an excerpt from our upcoming Philly Cheesesteak Video!)


1/2 Cup Cashews:

1 1/3 Cups Water

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice:

1 Tablespoon Apple Cicer Vinegar:

1/2 teaspoon Salt

4 Tablespoons Tapioca Starch:
