Vegan Chickpea Salad

Today we make a vegan chickpea salad wrap. This is a super easy, very tasty recipe for a quick salad wrap. The primary ingredient is the Chickpea Salad itself. Our version is plant based yet keeps the rich creamy deliciousness that you might expect from a non plant based version. We share how we use this salad in a wrap, but our Vegan Chickpea Salad will work just as well as a side, added to a chopped veg salad, or in any way your imagination can think of utilizing it.


1 Can Chickpeas, drained and mashed:

1 Stalk Celery

3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds (you can also use Sunflower Seeds or Cashews):

2 Tablespoons Mustard:

1/2 Cup Soy Milk:

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice:

1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast:

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder:

1 teaspoon Onion Powder:

Black Pepper to taste

Add whatever veggies you like. We selected tomato and lettuce.
