Easy, Delicious VEGAN Pizza from Scratch!
Pizza is a dish of Italian origin with various topping options. It is typically a round, flat base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese and other ingredients. It is also traditionally cooked in a wood-fired oven. Modern day versions can be as varied as your imagination allows, regardless of what the purists might think. That said, don’t dare question what constitutes as a true Neapolitan Pizza as that has been registered with the European Union as a Traditional Speciality Guaranteed dish.
Here’s how I make a delicious vegan pizza from scratch. Homemade whole wheat crust, homemade “cheese”, and even homemade pepperoni!

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Crushed Tomato as needed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
Red Pepper Flake if desired
